GetSiteStatistics not working properly

Is anyone else having problems with GetSiteStatistics not returning any numerical data?

I have a test site set up with the following data in it already:

Key Metrics

Recent Signups

<tfoot> </tfoot>
XXXXXX Dev Last Month This Month
Solo 0 0
Basic 0 0
Standard 0 0
Test Product 0 1
Pro 0 1
Producer 0 0
Totals 0 2

Recent Revenue

<tfoot> </tfoot>
XXXXXX Dev Last Month This Month
Solo $0 $0
Basic $0 $0
Standard $0 $0
Test Product $0 $175
Pro $0 $60
Producer $0 $100
Totals $0 $335

But when I use the GetSiteStatistics function in my web app, it only returns the site name and the seller name.  Everything else is 0 or null.

Site Name: XXXXXX
Total Number of Subscriptions 0
Subscriptions Today 0
Total Revenue
Revenue Today
Revenue This Month
Revenue This Year

Is anyone else having problems with this?  I know that my ChargifyConnect object is being instantiated correctly because it is getting the site name and seller name.  Here is a code snippet.  Does anyone see a glaring mistake, or should I open a ticket?

public ActionResult Index()
        {
            ChargifyConnect chargify = ChargifyConnector.GetChargifyConnect();
            ISiteStatistics stats = chargify.GetSiteStatistics();

            return View(stats);
        }
    public class ChargifyConnector
    {
        public static ChargifyConnect GetChargifyConnect()
        {
            NameValueCollection ChargifyParamsCollection =
             (NameValueCollection)ConfigurationManager.GetSection("ChargifyParams");

            ChargifyConnect chargify = new ChargifyConnect();
            chargify.apiKey = ChargifyParamsCollection["apiKey"];
            chargify.Password = ChargifyParamsCollection["Password"];
            chargify.URL = ChargifyParamsCollection["URL"];
            chargify.SharedKey = ChargifyParamsCollection["SharedKey"];

            return chargify;
        }
    }
